MT Limiting allows operators to set upper bounds for individual Modular Transformers (MTs). These caps restrict the maximum allowed output of each transformer, but do not force a fixed value. The PPC PID regulator continues to balance total plant output across all MTs.
Note: MT limits act as maximum caps. For example, if MT1 is capped at 80 % and the plant command is 50 %, MT1 runs at 50 % (the lower value). If the plant command is 100 %, MT1 will be clipped at 80 % while others may be loaded more to compensate.
The feedback panel displays the currently applied MT limits. Each MT is shown with its limit in %. This confirms whether your setpoints were successfully sent and accepted by the PPC.
Example: if MT1 = 80 %, MT2 = 100 %, MT3 = 70 %, then MT1 and MT3 cannot exceed those caps, while MT2 can reach full load if the plant setpoint allows.
The graph shows real-time active power produced by each MT logger. Each colored line corresponds to an individual logger channel, with values in MW. The right-hand legend lists Last values (latest non-NaN readings).
